Wednesday night is Steak Affairs night at Andara Resort and Villas’ SILK restaurant. SILK boasts a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere, where you can relax and unwind while savouring the finest cuts of beef, such as Angus ribeye and Wagyu striploin (pictured). The all inclusive price of 1,800++ THB includes a welcome cocktail, a starter, your choice of a variety of different cuts in either a single 300 gram piece, or two smaller tasting cuts of 150 grams each, along with 2 side dishes and a sauce. Of course the full SILK Thai and Italian à la carte menus are available for those not wishing for meat.
