With its soft opening on December 7th, you can now experience an exclusive 15-seat chef’s table dining experience. Aulis is set to embrace the immersive nature of the chef’s table in a journey of innovative ingredients and the culinary potential of Southeast Asia. Led by a small team, with global Michelin-starred experience, you can experience some signature dishes they have curated across the years to create unique tastes with hyper-local ingredients.
