Importing sustainably caught fish from the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, Phuket Laguna’s hip beach club Xana, offers spectacular seafood dishes on its Wild Catch promotional menu this June.
Highlights include Monkfish Eggplant Puree with Seaweed and Kaffir Lime in a Green Curry Sauce; Roast Turbot, Fennel, New Potatoes and Hazelnuts and Sea Bream, Ginger and Bacon Bok Choy with a Lime Broth.
Available daily in June 2019 for lunch from 11:30 – 16:30, from THB 650 ++ per person.
