Central Phuket, a luxurious haven, beckoned me with its two sleek buildings, Festival and Floresta, seamlessly connected by a convenient skywalk. Spanning 180,000 sqm of land, it’s an all-encompassing destination that blends luxury, lifestyle, and family offerings, making it a must-visit gem in the Kingdom.
As I ventured through Central Phuket, I stumbled upon Floresta’s 1st floor, where an array of iconic brands awaited—Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermès, Dior, Prada, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Versace, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Ermenegildo Zegna, Omega, and PMT The Hour Glass—all showcasing their finest. Each boutique was a testament to craftsmanship and creativity, reflecting their unique styles.
Dior and Prada exude sophistication, while Balenciaga remains Balenciaga in its avant-garde manner. Saint Laurent’s minimalistic chic was captivating, and Versace’s bold prints made a statement. Bottega Veneta’s timeless elegance and Alexander McQueen’s blend of chic and artistry were equally impressive. Ermenegildo Zegna and Christian Louboutin contributed their distinctive flair. For watch enthusiasts, Omega and PMT The Hour Glass unveiled classic and modern timepieces.
Central Phuket has redefined luxury shopping in the south, with Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermès, Dior, Prada, and more, solidifying its status as Phuket’s ultimate fashion destination.
But the shopping spree doesn’t end there. Central Phuket boasts an extensive collection of over 100 international fashion and sportswear brands. ZARA, Uniqlo, and Mango offer your everyday fashion, while sports enthusiasts can revel in Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Puma’s offerings. The options were limitless, whether you were into golf, football, or any other sports-related pursuits. H&M, Calvin Klein, Guess, Victoria’s Secret, and Jim Thompson further added to the shopping extravaganza.
For those passionate about skincare and cosmetics, Central Phuket provides a paradise. The Beauty Galerie within the Central Department store, along with Sephora and KIS beauty stores, tantalise with their curated selections. As I wandered through these flagship boutiques, I was immersed in the world of high-end beauty brands. From the timeless elegance of Dior and Chanel to the radiant allure of Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, and Bobbi Brown, every corner held a discovery. La Mer’s luxurious skincare offerings and the vibrant palettes of M.A.C. beckoned to me, while the transformative power of SK-II and Estée Lauder promised ageless beauty. Jo Malone’s enchanting scents added to the sensory experience, making Central Phuket more than just a shopping destination—it is a haven for fashion and beauty enthusiasts.

For those seeking relaxation, Pimnara Spa within Central Phuket offers a range of top-notch services. From facials and body massages to nail treatments and tattoo services, their skilled professionals ensure a rejuvenating experience, where expertise meets tranquillity.
My journey through Central Phuket led me to Aquaria Phuket, nestled beneath Central Phuket Floresta—an underwater wonderland. As the best aquarium in Phuket and the largest in Thailand, it promised a magical underwater journey through ocean depths and river mysteries. With over 25,000 marine creatures, it truly was a marine paradise. Vibrant corals, graceful fish, and mysterious seahorses mesmerized me, but the surprises didn’t end there. The tour concluded with a magical mermaid show that had kids and adults alike captivated. The AR Trick Eye Museum added illusions which teased my senses with its 4D apparitions. As the day turned into evening, I had the chance to dine at SUVANA, the underwater restaurant—an enchanting end to an unforgettable visit.

Central Phuket as a Dining Destination has it all, offering diverse gastronomic experiences. Renowned local and international cuisine, as well as upscale fine dining, were all on the menu. Among the options, the Thai floating market stood out, inviting visitors to explore an authentic Thai atmosphere filled with food, souvenirs, handicrafts, aromatics, and carving pieces. Otherwise, the choices are extensive, from Thai and Western restaurants to Japanese eateries, grill and steak options, hot pot delights, and a range of cafes and dessert spots.
And for those looking to unwind, the Open Deck on the 3rd floor of the Floresta building beckons. A co-dining and living space, it offered local rums and delectable dishes, with live ambient music and high-speed free Wi-Fi, creating a relaxed environment to chill in.
While Central Phuket’s shopping scene takes centre stage, it doesn’t skimp on entertainment. The SFX Cinema, the largest cinema in southern Thailand, provides an unparalleled cinematic experience with comfortable seating and crystal-clear images. Whether you speak English or Thai, the chic SFX cinema has the latest films.
If singing is more your style, Royal Melody Karaoke has you covered. With over a million songs in eight different languages and 23 private karaoke rooms, it is the perfect place to unleash your inner rock star.
Families with kids also found plenty of excitement at Central Phuket, with an indoor playground and learning and game centres like Happy Kids Club, Kidzooona, and Candy Land ensuring that children of all ages had a blast.
Central Phuket has gone above and beyond with its tourist services, offering everything from free Wi-Fi to luggage deposit, portable chargers, and family rooms. It was a destination that catered to every need, making it a truly exceptional experience.
