TRISARA INTRODUCES THE NEXT EVOLUTION OF PHUKET’S GASTRONOMIC SCENE WITH NEW FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCEPTS

    By; Andrew MacKenzie

Trisara, renowned for its commitment to culinary innovation and sustainability, has long set the standard for exceptional dining in Phuket. As home to PRU—Phuket’s first and only Michelin-starred and Green Star restaurant—has redefined fine dining with a community-to-fork philosophy that extends beyond agriculture to support local artisans and craftsmanship. In the neighbouring community, JAMPA, awarded the Michelin Green Star, takes conscious dining to new heights with its zero-waste ethos and live-fire cooking techniques.

Building upon this legacy, Trisara now unveils five new dining concepts, each offering a distinctive gastronomic journey—from the flavours of the French Riviera to the rich traditions of Southern Thai cuisine and Silk Road-inspired creations. To mark this exciting evolution, Trisara introduces the Trisara Culinary Experience, launching on April 6. This curated stay invites guests to fully immerse themselves in Trisara’s world of exceptional dining, signature hospitality, and refined exclusivity.

A New Chapter in Phuket’s Fine Dining: Trisara Introduces Inspired F&B Concepts

La Crique: The elegance of the French Riviera meets the Andaman Coast, celebrating the finest seafood and French culinary artistry.

Thai Library: A tribute to Southern Thai heritage, showcasing time-honoured recipes with a contemporary and sustainable approach.

NOÉ on the Beach: A chic seaside retreat with colourful drinks and global flavours, available exclusively to Trisara guests for an intimate and private experience.

7.8° North Bar: An elegant cocktail bar blending Italian coastal charm with timeless mixology.

Cielo & Spice: A vibrant fusion of flavours inspired by the ancient Silk Road, featuring a family-friendly atmosphere and a signature Sunday Brunch with live jazz.

At La Crique, the coastal elegance of the French Riviera meets the tranquil beauty of Andaman Coast. The menu highlights French culinary craftsmanship with a focus on locally sourced seafood, offering indulgent dishes like Fresh Oysters, Herb-Crusted Lamb Racks, and Millefeuille Dessert. The team is led by Chef Worawit “Notty” Rattanachoochoke, whose journey began at Trisara in 2012, followed by experiences at Michelin-starred restaurants like PRU, LE DU, and Acqua, refining his expertise.

A serene sanctuary for those in search of sensory indulgence—where two coastal worlds seamlessly converge to create a culinary escape defined by harmony, elegance, and unforgettable flavours

Thai Library offers an intimate dining experience rooted in the rich culinary heritage of Thailand. Rooted in an upscale homestyle concept, the menu celebrates time-honoured Southern Thai recipes, lovingly passed down through generations and reimagined with the region’s finest seasonal ingredients and a contemporary, sustainable approach. At Thai Library, every bite tells  a tale—experience the flavours of Thailand with dishes like Goat Satay, Tom Som 100-Year Soup, and Puu Phad Prik Lueng (Mud Crab).

Anchored at the heart of 7.8804° North of Phuket Island, the signature cocktails at 7.8° North Bar make for a perfect soirée—Back to Pisco, crisp and bright; and the Latitude, a house favourite that captures the spirit of the place. Classics like the Manhattan, Negroni Sbagliato, and Spritz round out a menu designed for lingering moments and refined celebrations.

Inspired by the legendary Silk Road, Cielo & Spice is a celebration of flavours that transcend borders. Perched on a stunning deck overlooking the Andaman Sea, it provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Guests can indulge in signature dishes such as River prawn fettuccini, Mezze Platters, and Tandoori Chicken, while the signature Sunday Brunch, set to the smooth rhythms of live jazz, offers an indulgent and elegant dining experience.

NOÉ on the Beach is an exclusive retreat for Trisara guests where coastal charm meets effortless sophistication. Set beside the resort’s main pool, cushioned lounge chairs and private cabanas create a haven of comfort and privacy with sweeping views of the sea. Signature cocktails—vibrant, artfully crafted, and inspired by the spirit of the ocean—are served with globally inspired bites against a backdrop of golden sunsets and gentle sea breeze.

With the launch of these inspired dining concepts, Trisara further solidifies its position as Phuket’s premier culinary destination—where world-class flavours, artistry, and ambience come together in perfect harmony demonstrating Trisara’s unwavering commitment to gastronomic excellence.

To elevate the experience, guests can indulge in the Trisara Culinary Experience launching April 6—a curated stay promising privacy, exquisite dining, and personalized service. This exclusive package includes a one-night stay in a private pool villa or suite with panoramic ocean views, daily breakfast by the Andaman Sea, roundtrip private airport transfers, and a curated lunch or dinner at either La Crique or Thai Library. Additional privileges include nightly food and beverage credit, in-room delicacies, and access to complimentary resort experiences and wellness facilities.
