With more Collective Series events planned for winter, this remains the
most highlyanticipated and must-attend event in Phuket, having created its
own fresh identity that celebrates outstanding food, handcrafted cocktails

CULINARY CINEMA
Culinary Cinema Season 3 returns in time for Halloween, with a fun fright
night of entertainment. It all starts on 3 November then continues on the
last Friday of each month until May 2018. A social media vote decides
which Halloween film gets marquee status on the first evening, followed by
cinematic classics Julie & Julie, Ocean’s Eleven, Eat Pray Love,
Braveheart, Avatar, Monsters Inc. and Thelma & Louise. Culinary
Cinema presents an original way to interpret film using the senses of
aroma, texture and taste. Bespoke tasting menus – that represent an
emotion, environment, turn-of-phrase or overall feeling on screen –
consistently attract sold-out audiences.
KATA ROCKS’ THIRD ANNIVERSARY
For its third anniversary, Kata Rocks is pulling out all the stops on Saturday
2 December with a Louis Roederer Champagne Brunch Anniversary Pool
Party. The resort’s DJfuelled brunches are legendary for their stylish party
atmospheres, and this year’s event is centred around Kata Rocks’ gorgeous
35-metre infinity swimming pool. Jose Padilla, Ibiza’s Godfather of Chill,
headlined Kata Rocks’ last two anniversary events, with this third event
expected to be bigger and better.
FESTIVE SEASON 2017
During the Festive Season, 2017 Kata Rocks invites everyone to celebrate
the magic of the season with a line-up of festive feasts and countdown
parties to complement this most wonderful time of the year. Its holiday
event calendar begins with a Christmas Eve Champagne Brunch followed by
the finest in family-friendly dining on Christmas Day, then shifts into full
party mode for a jazzy dance-thenight- way Hollywood-themed New Year’s
Eve Night Party.
