    LAMB CUTLETS & MEDITERRANEAN COUSCOUS

Rustic French Mediterranean charm – a creation by Wine Connection Area Executive Chef Vayupak Muangjorn (Chef Jom) – recently seen on Netflix MasterChef: The Professionals Thailand. Tender aromatic herbs and Dijon mustard mayo coated Australian lamb cutlets, with a Mediterranean couscous of parsley, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Served with a refreshing Tzatziki sauce; giving a fresh, vibrant contrast to the savoury French countryside flavours of the lamb.

Beverage companion: The Château du Bois Chantant Bordeaux Supérieur brings ripe berries, soft tannins and just enough spice to mirror the lamb’s richness while lifting the fresh notes of the couscous. A pairing that demands a second glass.
