    Four Soup Base Hot Pot

This ‘hot pot’ style restaurant allows guests to cook their selection of meats, seafood and vegetables at the comfort of their table, in piping hot, and flavourful soup bases. We are featuring their sophisticated 4-soup base option. A combination of meat concentrate bone broth gushing with umami, an earthy mushroom soup, which is clear and light brown in colour, a spicy Thai hot and sour tangy Tom Yam Kung soup, and finally a Chinese Sichuan-style hotpot, which is equally spicy as its Thai neighbour. This is a meal not to be rushed but enjoyed with lots of people, opinions, and sauces.
Beverage companion: Haidilao Classic Lager is a ‘house-beer’, created by Hai Di Lao and brewed from rice cultivated in black soil and irrigated by Tianchi water. The result is a cold, crystal-clear beer to counter the hotpot’s heat.
