“Khrua Nai Suan”, translated to “Kitchen In The Garden” is where guests discover the art of Thai cooking. Available every Wednesday and Sunday, from 1:30 pm, you will discover the rich flavours of local cuisine and learn everything you need to take the taste of Thailand back home with you. The chefs demonstrate the cooking of four dishes, made entirely with ingredients from the Chef’s Garden; and of course, you get to try what you create with a late lunch afterwards. See how the culinary team at the SALA grows signature ingredients in the resort’s kitchen garden, have some fun and even collect your own eggs from the chicken coop.
