    Ambiance and Setting

    The elegant design of Wagyu Steakhouse is courtesy of Nao Taniyama, renowned for other Michelin starred steakhouses and noteworthy restaurants. The interior exudes contemporary elegance with warm, inviting touches. The use of rich woods, handcrafted tiles and subtle lighting creates an intimate atmosphere. The large windows offer views of the surrounding vertical garden, adding a natural element to the dining experience.

    The Culinary Affair

    At the heart of Wagyu Steakhouse is its commitment to serving the highest quality, globally sourced Wagyu, prime and limited-edition cuts. These are highlighted at the feature steak counter, from which you can select your cut directly, with expert guidance on hand to talk you through the speciality Wagyu sourced from the finest farms in Australia, Japan, Thailand, Argentina and more.

    Each cut is expertly prepared to highlight the natural flavours, cooked on their Josper Grill, which imparts a subtle smokiness to enhance the already exquisite Wagyu taste. A refined and personalised touch awaits as you are invited to choose your preferred knife from a selection of internationally renowned blades, including the esteemed Laguiole and Opinel options, crafted in France, to the Japanese KAI brand, known for their craftsmanship and quality.

    In addition to the premium steaks, the menu offers a selection of fresh seafood options, including lobster, scallops and oysters, as well as a variety of seasonal delicacies and house specialities. Attention to detail is evident in every dish, with ingredients carefully chosen by the talented Chef Nok and her culinary associates. 

    Signature Dishes

This impressive Australian Darling Down Wagyu beef cut features a long bone and a perfectly charred exterior, making it not only a culinary delight but also an Instagram-worthy centrepiece. The meat is incredibly tender, with a rich, buttery flavour which is further enhanced with the sauce selections; including Béarnaise, Green Peppercorn and Brandy, and Café de Paris Butter.  

    For those who prefer seafood, the Grilled Hokkaido Scallops with Caviar is as delicious as it is indulgent. The scallops are a delicacy from the pristine waters of Japan’s northernmost island, and are expertly grilled to enhance the natural sweetness. Topped with luxurious caviar, creating a richness that balances the subtle umami notes.

    The wine list offered with your meal is as carefully curated as the dining menu. The restaurant boasts an extensive selection of fine wines from around the world, with a focus on bottles that pair perfectly with the rich flavours of Wagyu beef or delicate seafood.
