Sink Your Teeth into El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse's premium cuts

Bold flavour, fresh produce all year round and interesting herbs…there’s always something new to discover with Thai cuisine, yet the siren call of a perfectly seared steak still sounds strong.

For carnivores craving a quality cut of beef, there’s El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse.

First appearing on the Asian dining scene in 2011 in Ho Chi Minh City, El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse now has eleven restaurants spread across Vietnam and Thailand, with plans for more to be announced in 2019, including a location in a third Asian country.

Owner Dany Himi was born in Israel where his family was in the food and beverage industry. After two decades working in retail, Himi returned to his roots with a clear vision for El Gaucho. The aim was to establish a benchmark in Southeast Asia for a specialised steakhouse combining classic staples with modern influences and utilising the best meat products available.

Bringing together the Argentinian and European passion for good food, outstanding service and a quality dining experience is what El Gaucho is all about.

Providing a clearly defined menu with a focus on steak, complemented by a variety of signature dishes and an extensive selection of both old and new world wines, the restaurant, which has three locations in Bangkok, has become one of the capital’s goto steakhouses. A seamless marriage of rustic and contemporary interior design elements provides a comfortable yet elegant venue for diners while the full bar and cigar service further add to the classic steakhouse experience. Diners can relax knowing that the highly knowledgeable management and professional service team is always on hand to guarantee satisfaction.

Naturally, El Gaucho is known for using only the finest quality products and ingredients. Beef is sourced from selected Australian and American farmers and ranchers, ensuring the highest marble grading those countries have to offer. The high standard is also maintained by sourcing beef solely from cattle which have been fed and handled according to strict animal welfare guidelines, raised in non-stress environments, and with a zero tolerance for administered hormones and antibiotics.

For that coveted full flavour and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, all of El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse’s beef is Halal certified, aged in cold storage and hand-cut by its own butchers.

Now that’s something we can really sink our teeth into.
