Massaman Beef Curry from the Thai Brasserie

Ground floor, Central Phuket – Floresta

    MASSAMAN BEEF CURRY

This famous Asian curry at Thai Brasserie delivers a rich, velvety blend of tender beef, creamy coconut milk, and warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom and star anise, tempered by subtle sweetness. Pairing it with pan-seared roti, crisp on the outside and soft within, elevates the experience – perfect for scooping up the aromatic sauce and adding a textural contrast. A refined take on a Thai classic balances cosmopolitan flair with comforting familiarity, making it a standout dish for both discerning gourmands and casual diners alike.

Beverage companion: Blue Elephant has an own-labelled shiraz-cinsault blend, which will complement this dish nicely. The Domaine La Rouviole is well-balanced on the palate, exhibiting fruity notes and a medium to full body.
