    Chicken Yellow Curry

Keeping the rich heritage of Thai cuisine in mind, Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe has elaborated a fragrant innovative menu. Thai Brasserie by Blue Elephant’s Chicken Yellow Curry is a spirit of flavour and taste. The curry paste has lots of Thai herbs and dried spices, following a Thai catchphrase “The best medicine is Thai Cuisine”. The yellow curry paste is exported to 42 countries around the world. Succulent free range chicken simmered in coconut milk, sweet potato, accompanied by homemade crispy roti and cucumber salad.
Beverage companion: IDENTITY is a special signature cocktail, untilising “Thai Herbal” ingredients often deployed in Thai recipes. The beverage works perfectly with curries, elevating this dish into something even more special.
